Complimentary Antigen Kits
Good day, Ateneo Law!
The Student Council would like to extend its assistance to the student body through the provision of free antigen kits.
Please note that we wish to prioritize students who (1) experience symptoms and are (2) not cleared by the OHS to enter campus. If you fall under this category, please fill out this form in order to avail of the free antigen kit. The form will ask you to attach proof of non-clearance.
Additionally, the student availing the kit will shoulder the delivery/courier fee.
Rest assured that all information provided will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose stated above.
