The Chief Justice Claudio Teehankee Center for the Rule of Law (TCRL) serves as the Law School's research and conference center, with books and research materials on Philippine Legal History, the Martial Law Period and pre-Martial Law Period, the United States Civil Rights Movement, the Sabah issue, Rizaliana, and International Law.  TCRL concentrates in and funds, in cooperation with the Teehankee Foundation, researches in Constitutional Law Reform, Rule of Law and Legal Theory, International Law, Economic and Developmental Law, Legal History and other special law and policy issues.

TCRL aims to be the leader and central repository for Rule of Law studies in the Philippines and the ASEAN region.

To attain its Mission, the TCRL anchors itself on three foundational Rule of Law Pillars:

Program 1 – Rule of Law and Good Governance.

Program 2 – Rule of Law and the Private Sector.

Program 3 – Rule of Law and Sustainable Development.
